Bestselling authors invite us into their worlds of romance and fantasy.

From medieval romantasy, to contemporary cosy magical love, they’ll share how they create their stories and build believable worlds filled with enchanting happenings.

Sangu’s latest book, A Witch’s Guide to Magical Innkeeping, celebrates the power of hope and the courage to start again. Sera Swan was once the most powerful young witch in England: but now she’s running a magical guesthouse with an ever-growing cast of quirky guests, and a sneakily villainous talking fox. Then broodingly handsome magical historian Luke ends up on her doorstep… and it begins to seem as if things may change.

Sangu is also the author of The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches, one of Time Magazine’s 50 best romance novels.

Tasha is a World Fantasy Award-winning author, known for her bestselling books Empire of Sand and The Jasmine Throne. Now, in The Isle in the Silver Sea, Tasha brings a heart-shattering story of sapphic longing, medieval folklore and a love that spans centuries. Witch of the Woods Simran and knight of the Queen’s Court Vina, fall into a love that could destroy the other. How can they write a story that is stronger than fate, and survive their love story?

Praise for The Isle in the Silver Sea

"Fiercely tender, wildly imaginative, and deeply smart, The Isle in the Silver Sea is an ode to the power of stories themselves--both to shackle us to our destinies, and to free us from them. One of my new all-time favourites."

Alix E. Harrow

"'Set in a world where story is magic and magic is story, The Isle in the Silver Sea swept me off my feet with its lyricism, spellbinding romance, and vivid characters who breathe, love, and bleed. Isle is gorgeously folkloric -- and really puts the lore back into folklore. This book is a bit of spellcraft and Suri is definitely a witch."
