The Imaginarium is packed full of free activities for everyone to have a go at, no matter what age.
Visitors will get the chance to try something new, discover more about the world of books, and explore new stories. With more than 25 different stalls throughout The Imaginarium, as well as out own Festival Bookshop, there's plenty for everyone to explore.
There's no need to book - just drop by to have a go at something new!

Take a seat and curl up with your favourite book or creative activity at the John Lewis Reading Nook.
Bookseller saving books from landfills and providing preloved 'blind dates with a book'.
Character Zine Making (from 11.00)
Make your own zine with multimedia artist Ian Brownlie.
Join award-winning poet Lewis Buxton for some free poetry.
Book and character themed face painting.
We all have our own stories. Join Stevie Mackenzie-Smith and create a fun, creative playful & visual record of our city!
Creative Wellbeing Group
The Creative Wellbeing Project are delivering a bookmark and postcard making workshop. Join them to create your own piece of art with a theme of positive affirmations to inspire or encourage, in this fun and creative activity.
Colouring
Drop in colouring activities about Norwich's literary history.
Norwich based bookseller selling beautifully wrapped surprise books.
Display of historical printing artefacts, with a press on which visitors can print a keepsake to take away.
Join the Wayward Adventurers Guild for free fantasy drawing and worldbuilding activities. Pick up a free copy of their newspaper, the Adventurer’s Post, and create your own fantasy worlds, characters and stories. 100 free newspaper copies will be available.
Create your own personalised bookmark, and show off your niche reads on a world map of books.
Take part in writing activities with the National Trust team.
