In his Sunday Times Bestselling book Frequently Happy, David Larbi shows how we can nurture positive mindfulness, notice life's simple pleasures, and find happiness in every season of life.

I always pay attention

When a small joy grabs me

Some say easily pleased

I say, frequently happy!

- David Larbi
